Prof. Yigal Schwartz visited CISMOR

Prof. Yigal Schwartz from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Department of Hebrew Literature, and Founding Director of Heksherim Research Institute for Jewish & Israeli Literature & Culture, visited CISMOR while his stay for three months, as a visiting professor at the School of Theology of Doshisha University, during his Sabbatical. Together with CISMOR’s director and Dr. Doron B. Cohen they co-organized the two days Conference on Jewish Studies (JCS10) that took place on 18-19 May 2019. The organization was shared between CISMOR and the Heksherim Research Institute.  (for information on the conference see here).
