On August 12th, President of Koji Murata (CISMOR research fellow)  had attended the seminar “Japanese domestic politics and foreign policy after the Upper House election” organized by CISMOR, U.S.-Japan Research Institute and the Maureen and Mike Mansfield Foundation in Washington, D.C..
