Summary:
Martin Buber, one of the most famous Jewish thinkers of the 20th century, is known for his "dialogical philosophy", and next year marks the 100th anniversary of the publication of Ich und Du. I would like to think about the potential of this book by reviewing the trends of the time when it was written, Buber's friendships, and the creation and development of his "dialogical philosophy". I will also discuss what kind of thought it is connected to, not only in the historical context, but also by paying attention to various other thought, including Japanese thought.
